Krishna C.V. Grandhi, JD, MS, MBA, is the founder of DigitalCrimes.ai and a Designated Senior Advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and national Tribunals. With over 25 years of experience across the legal, technology, and policy domains, he brings a rare confluence of deep technical understanding and strategic legal expertise to the complex and fast-evolving world of digital crime.
Mr. Grandhi holds advanced degrees in Computer Science, Law, and Business from leading institutions in the United States, including Cleveland State University and Cornell University, and has built a distinguished legal practice that spans commercial litigation, corporate disputes, white-collar defense, insolvency proceedings, and high-stakes arbitration. He has represented public sector enterprises, large corporate entities, and individual clients in matters involving fraud, corruption, breach of fiduciary duty, and regulatory enforcement across a range of industries — including finance, energy, real estate, and technology.
In addition to his courtroom work, Mr. Grandhi has been a trailblazer in intellectual property enforcement and digital rights litigation. He has led some of India's most significant anti-piracy campaigns for top production houses and media brands, securing pioneering John Doe orders and defending IP portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. His practice also spans complex privacy litigation and cross-border content disputes, giving him a front-row seat to the misuse of technology in the digital ecosystem.
DigitalCrimes.ai is a natural extension of his experience and vision — a platform that reflects his belief that cybersecurity is not just an IT function but a shared civic and institutional responsibility. The term "digital crimes" reflects the broader, AI-enhanced, and increasingly personal nature of today's cyber threats — from deepfakes and data breaches to AI-powered financial fraud.
As a trusted advisor to law enforcement agencies, policymakers, public institutions, and industry stakeholders, Mr. Grandhi continues to play an active role in shaping India's legal response to digital challenges. With DigitalCrimes.ai, he is committed to empowering students, businesses, affected individuals, and investigators with clear, actionable, and credible resources, practical tools, and timely insights to defend against digital threats and build a digitally resilient society for the future, a safer, smarter digital future for all.
His vision extends beyond individual protection – to creating a comprehensive ecosystem where digital literacy becomes as fundamental as traditional literacy. Through DigitalCrimes.ai, he aims to transform how society understands and combats AI-powered cyber threats, ensuring that knowledge and protection tools are accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical background.
